A Fortified roof is built to a tougher standard than code. The deck gets sealed, the edges get locked down, the nails hold tighter, and in hail country the shingles are impact rated. Then an independent inspector checks the work.
Grants are coming. Colorado's new Strengthen Colorado Homes grants will help homeowners pay for the upgrade, with funding starting in 2027. We're certified now, so you're ready the day they open.

We prep it right, then we paint.
We paint inside and out with Sherwin-Williams paint. Before any color goes on, we prep the surface and caulk the gaps, so the finish looks sharp and lasts through Colorado sun and snow.

Three generations. One phone number.
Our family has been roofing in Colorado for more than 40 years. Bob Ullstrom started it, his son Rodney carried it on, and J.R.B. Enterprises was registered with the state in 1993. Today Bob's grandson, Austin Ullstrom, owns and runs it. We've finished more than 5,000 roofs across the Pikes Peak region, including the Broadmoor Reserve Community, Gleneagle Patio Homes, The Greens at Kissing Camels, and Flying Horse. When you call, you deal with Austin, start to finish.

It's a roof built to a stronger standard for hail and wind, checked by an independent inspector. Colorado grants to help pay for it are coming in 2027.
How do I spot a storm chaser?
Out-of-state plates, pressure to sign today, and offers to cover your deductible. A good roofer gives you time and a written report.
What warranty do I get on a new roof?
Owens Corning and GAF shingles carry a lifetime limited warranty from the manufacturer, and J.R.B. adds a 5-year workmanship warranty on our installation. More about warranties.

Do you do commercial roofs?
Yes. Flat, metal, and shingle roofs for businesses, HOAs, and multifamily.
What else do you do besides roofs?
Gutters, paint, windows, siding, soffit and fascia, stucco, copper work, and permanent lighting. For shops and warehouses, we also do epoxy floors and insulation wrap.
